Terms and conditions :

• Prices are in euros and per night.

• Suites can accommodate 2 people.

• Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out before 10:30 a.m.

• Stay up to 4 nights : There is no reservation or cancellation policy and we don't require a deposit. In the event of a cancellation, we ask our customers to notify us as soon as possible to liberate the room, trying to avoid last minute cancellations as much as possible.

• Stay from 5 nights : A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. The balance of 70% must be paid at least 14 days before the start of the stay.

       In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

          - Cancellation up to 14 days before check in = 0% of the total rent

          - Cancellation up to 7 days before check in = 50% of the total rent

          - Cancellation from 7 days before check in = 100% of the total rent
